Business Conditions

Under mentioned Business Conditions are valid for all contracts, deliveries and other services offered by internet shop www.twinventive.com, operated by Softmodel s.r.o., IČO: 26453096 with its seat at Dobrovského 32, 170 00, Praha 7, Czech Republic (further information in the contact section). These Business Conditions are valid as stated on the web page of internet shop www.twinventive.com at the date of sending order via electronic means. By sending an electronic order the customer fully accept all Business Conditions valid at the date of sending order. The order is irrevocably valid from the moment of sending order for the duration delivery time period provided by the internet shop.

1. Price of goods

All prices of goods listed on web page www.twinventive.com include VAT and cost of packaging. Prices listed at www.twinventive.com are valid at the time of sending order.

2. Order

The customer orders goods using web application order form or by sending e-mail to shop@twinventive.com , in which the following will be stated:

• identification of goods,
• quantity of goods ordered,
• detailed postal address to which goods are to be sent.

After the order is sent, the customer will receive order confirmation via e-mail and which will specify account number of the www.twinventive.com internet shop operator and variable symbol of the order. In case there are dicrepancies in the confirmation e-mail, the customer is asked to contact the internet shop, in order to make corrections without delay.

3. Payments

Payment of the goods is made by a customer by transfer to the account of the www.twinventive.com internet shop operator and goods will be shipped upon receipt of the payment.

4. Delivery time

Goods will be delivered in the Czech Republic within 5 working days, unless specified otherwise for specific goods. In case the goods are adjusted to the individual specifications of the customer, delivery period could be extended. In case of delivery time extension, internet shop www.twinventive.com is obliged to contact the customer without delays in order to agree the next steps and procedure. Delivery costs will be added to the cost of the order (delivery costs are specified in the price list or in the order form).

5. Means of Delivery

The goods will be dispatched by the Czech Post by means of registered parcel mail, unless the customer will choose other mean of delivery offered by the internet shop.

6. Guarantee and claims

In line with § 620 art. 1 of the Czech civil code, a guarantee period of 24 months is provided. Guarantee does not apply to the damage of the goods caused by wear and tear of product or due to the excessive rough handling of the product. The gurantee period starts by the receipt of goods by the customer. Invoice or payment receipt serves the customer as guarantee certificate.

In the event that the consumer will find on purchased goods a defect during the warranty period, he/she is entitled to a claim. Please send claimed goods (including a copy of the invoice / proof of payment, warranty certificate and cover letter with a brief description of the defect) to our address. Delivery in person is excluded for technical reasons. The cost of postage to respond to complaints and delivery of returned goods shall be borne by the purchaser.

After examining the customer's claim eligibility, we will notify the customer by phone or email of the outcome of complaint. The deadline for processing claims under the Act No. 634/1992 of the Czech civil code is thirty (30) days.

7. Return of goods

In line with §53 of the Czech civil code, internet shop www.twinventive.com enables the customer to avoid shopping contract and return goods within 14 days without stating the reason. The goods must be returened in original cover, unused and undamaged together with the copy of the payment confirmation or receipt. Cost of packaging and return shipping are covered by the customer. The goods have to be sent to the address of the internet shop operator latest on 14th day from the delivery of the goods to the customer. Upon fullfilling above conditions and receipt of the goods by the internet shop operator, appropiate amount will be returned to the customer within 10 working days (by postal money order or account transfer).

Goods adjusted to the customer's specificatons are custom manufacturing. For such goods 14 days period for returning of unused product according to §53 of the Czech civil code is not applicable.

8. Personal data protection

Internet shop www.twinventive.com values highly your trust and oblige that your personal data, needed to execute the order, will be protected. Your personal data are used only in order to process successful order fulfilment and for necessary related, accounting operation related, issuance of the invoice or payment receipt, identification of your payment executed by means of bank transfer and for direct comunication with the customer.
